- Click on “SIGN UP FOR COURSE” below.
- Click on "Courses."
- Select "Real Estate License."
- Choose the "40-hour Salesperson Class."
- Scroll down to see the three available course options: Classroom, Virtual on Zoom, and Fully Online.
- Click on your preferred option.
- Continue to checkout and complete the payment.
- Begin the course.
- After completing the 40-hour course and obtaining the certificate, click on “FINAL STEPS TO OBTAIN LICENSE” and follow the instructions.
- Once finished, click on “APPLY FOR A LICENSE” and follow the instructions.
